Fava Tonka defines itself as a seasonal and organic restaurant with a vegetarian foundation.

Fava Tonka is a place of natural food with respect for the product, where seasonality is respected. Through a closer approximation to the product, Fava Tonka looks for a truly return to our own roots through sensations, closing the cycle of raw materials with a closer connection to the producer and to the product.

This was also the motto for the communication strategy not only in what concerns to the graphic identity or photography but also to the ambience, since the space is an important communicative vehicle for this project. At the sensory level, where the type of paper, textures, colors and walls are essential for the space highlight, the product, has this way deserved prominence through a unique experience.
